  • The Certificate of state registration (a copy);
  • The Founding Charter (a copy);
  • Copies of all changes introduced in the constituent documents (if any);
  • The Registration certificate for taxation (a copy);
  • The statistics code (a copy);
  • Certificates from the extra-budgetary funds (the Pension, the Health Insurance and the Social Insurance funds);
  • The title documents to the premises or a lease contract (the company’s legal address);
  • The Director’s (General Director’s) full name.
